Here is a question asked to Dr. Abdulilah Lahmami (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) at the end of a recent lecture he delivered at Masjid bin Baaz on the 27th of October 2023, titled: The Advice of Sufyān ath-Thawree to Shu'aib Bin Harb.

He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) was asked the following question: Is there such a thing as a halal mortgage?

Without any further ado, here is the answer to the question: Who is Jack?

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]

On Saturday the 28th of October 2023, a 2-lecture series titled: The Islamic Library; It's History and Importance were delivered at Masjid Rahmah, Newark, NJ, by Mustafa George & Abul-Hasan Malik (hafidhahumullah Ta'ala).  

In this era of technology, here is a benefit from Abul-Hasan Malik (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) of actually picking up a physical book and reading it and the affect of how it actually stimulates a persons brain.

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]

This benefit has been extracted from the khutbah delivered by Hasan as-Somali (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) at Germantown Masjid on the 27th of October 2023, titled: Death Is Rapidly Approaching, So Be Prepared  A khutbah that we all need to listen to and reflect over.

Here is the final point of the khutbah.  Something that should really make us think about the reality of this world and the time we have left within it.

There is another lecture in Urdu by the Muhaddith of Pakistan, Shaykh Badee Uddin Shah as-Sindee (rahimahullah Ta'ala).  I have had this recording for many years but have never tried to clean it up.  

Alhamdulillah, I finally manage to get around to it this morning and here is the result.  It deals with a subject matter that many ignorant Muslims have fallen in to and that tis the matter of slaughtering for other than Allah.  I grave crime of Shirk (associating partners with Him).  

The original recording can be found on YouTube and the lecture is in fact incomplete, but even with that in mind the benefits it contains are immense.

A very brief reminder from Abdulilah Lahmami (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) about a very important point regarding matters related to the affairs of worship, a principle that needs to be noted down by one-and-all.
