Advice to the Sisters Regarding being Gentle - Abu Khadeejah 'Abdul-Waahid

Here is a beautiful piece of advice by Abu Khadeejah 'Abdul-Waahid (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) a truly amazing reminder for us all. 

It has been taken from a Q&A session after the weekly sisters ‘Bulūgh al-Marām’ class at Masjid as-Salafi on the 19th of December 2016. 
 
NOTE: Even though this was a specific piece of advice to our sisters, it doesn't in any way mean that what is mentioned in this audio, stops at the doorsteps of our sisters.  
 
Brothers take note!  All too often it has been noticed that new brothers to the Masjid have felt alienated, on occasions without so much as being extended the greeting of salam.  

So, let's not make it look like the brothers are totally fault-free from these affairs.  May Allah enable us all to rectify our behaviour in a timely manner, Aameen.

The Qur'an is Allah's Uncreated Speech! - Abu Suhailah 'Umar Quinn

The History of Abdullah ibn az-Zubair, A Refutation of the Khawarij - Hamzah Abdur-Razaaq

This is an excellent clarification and refutation by Hamzah Abdur-Razzaq (hafidhahullah Ta’ala) where he deals with the confusion that is spread by the Khawaarij that different companions rebelled against the rulers, such as Aa’ishah, Hussain or even Abdullah ibn az-Zubair (radiAllahu anhum ajma’een.  They claim that it is an affair of Ijtihaad (upon the opinion of a scholar). 
 
They will go even further than this.  They will say that they (these illustrious companions) are from the Khawaarij and that taking the hadeeths that talk about the attributes of the Khawaarij being the dogs of the Hellfire, should also be applied to these companions .
 
The vast majority from amongst us would be unable to respond to this due to their lack of study in this affair.
 
Here Is an excellent lecture that was delivered as part of an Umrah Series 1437 at Masjid Ahlul Quran wal Hadeeth based upon the principles of Ahlus-Sunnah and looking at the history of this issue.

The Statement of Fear Allah - Abu Suhailah 'Umar Quinn

Here is an excellent khutbah by Abu Suhailah 'Umar Quinn (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) that reminds us about the true meaning of the phrase: اتقوا الله meaning, fear Allah as He rightfully deserved to be feared, by doing that He has which He has ordered us with and staying away from all that which He has forbidden us from. 

Unfortunately, many people say these words upon their tongue with out fully understanding and implementing that which it entails.
