The reality of this world is, that either you are providing tarbiyyah to your children or the environment will give them tarbiyyah.
This lecture was delivered on the 25th of November 2017 during the Cardiff National Conference at Masjid at-Tawheed, Abu Iyaad Amjad Rafiq (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) addressed this very issue.

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]
