Here is question that was asked to Mustafa George (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) that I found on the internet. The only information I was able to find is that it was possibly asked in Ramadaan 2013.
The question asked is as follows:
"If an individual had major sins before Islam and fell into that which is displeasing to Allah and then he comes in to Islam, but he has done so much before Islam, that he still finds he is affected by it and this possibly leads the individual to falling in to sins and the likes. How does a person remove that?"
He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) gave the following answer:
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]
