In a gathering that recently took place in Jeddah, which I titled: Some Words of Advice, amongst many other benefits, Shaykh Abdur-Rahman ibn Ghaalib al-Muwasi (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) benefitted us with the one below that mentions some of the benefits related to the etiquettes of eating dates
The translation is by Abu Ishaaq Nadeem Ahsan-Shah (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]
