There are lots of lecture and khutbahs out there dealing with this subject matter. Here is a short, concise khutbah by Abu Hakeem Bilal Davis (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) that I found on the YouTube channel of Umm Uthmaan al-Majariyyah (may Allah have mercy upon her).
He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) gives a very relevant khutbah about some issues surrounding the fitnah of tasweer (images) and expounds on how picture -making is a calamity that has fallen on our Ummah today and how it destroyed people of the past.

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]
