Here is another extremely beneficial lecture delivered by Abu Suhailah 'Umar Quinn (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).
This audio was found on the YouTube Channel of Umm Uthmaan al-Majariyyah (may Allah have mercy upon her).
It has been digitally cleaned up to remove excessive background noise, although it is actually a fairly good quality recording, walhamdulillah.

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]
