This is a khutbah that I have had in my possession for many years but haven't got around to posting until now. It is by Hasan as-Somali (hafdhahullah Ta'ala)
A brother contacted me about a benefit that I posted from this khutbah titled: You Might Have Given Me the Evil-Eye, Brother! and asked if I had actually posted the original audio from where it had been extracted. I hadn't!
Here is that audio at our brother's request.

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]
