The One who Doesn't Attend the Salah in the Masjid - Abu Muadh Taqweem Aslam

During Q&A session at Masjid us-SunnahCranford, the following is a question was asked to Abu Muadh Taqeeem Aslam (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).

If one cannot or does not attend the masjid, congregation salah and often prayer alone at home or work for varying reasons, does this make his salah invalid or deficient?

He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) gave the following answer:
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]
