When Should We Say "Ma shaa Allah"? - Abul-'Abbaas Moosaa Richardson

Here is something that many of us make mistakes with.  When should we use say "Ma shaa Allah" and when should we say: Barak Allahuu feek?

In this short benefit that I found on YouTube Abul-'Abbaas Moosaa Richardson (hafidhahulllah Ta'ala) explains this exact point.

I was unable to locate the exact source of the benefit.

It has been digitally edited before being posted below.
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]
