Here is a simple reminder about the virtue of the level of the Sahabah (companions of the Prophet Muhammad (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam)) even amongst themselves, may Allah be pleased with them all), taken from a series of lectures titled: The Creed of the Imāms of Hadeeth - By Imām Abū Bakr al-Ismā'eelī (d.371AH) delivered by Abdulilah Lahmami (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) at Markaz Mu'aadh in Slough.

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]
