We Should be Gentle & Humble when Advising - Mustafa George

Here is a benefit from Mustafa George (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) extracted from a lecture that was titled: Honouring Our Elders, which was delivered at Masjid Rahmah, Newark, NJ, on the 23rd of September 2023. In which he highlights the importance of being both gentle and humble when advising an individual.  The example that is used is one of him (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) in his early 20's.

He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) gave me his approval for this benefit to be released.

Knowledge Should be Humbling! - Hasan as-Somali

Here is a benefit that we all need to take note of.  Knowledge is not sought to become famous or to compete with scholars or the common people. It (knowledge) is sought first and foremost to remove ignorance from oneself.  Why?  To worship Allah and give Him the rights that He should be given.

To do this correctly, you have to know Him and understand what those rights are.  If he blesses you with that knowledge and understanding, then you need to realise that this understanding was due to the fact that He chose to bless you with it.

In return you humble yourself before Him, acknowledging this fact by showing him your gratitude by worshipping Him how He should be worshipped.

Here is a beautiful benefit extracted from the lecture titled: The Boy, The King and The Sorcerer by Hasan as-Somali (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).

Here is that benefit, which has been digitally edited before being posted below, walhamdulillah.
