From the Traits of True Belief- Honouring Guests - Abul-'Abbaas Moosaa Richardson

In this audio benefit, Abul-'Abbaas Moosaa Richardson (hafidhahulllah Ta'ala) reads the 15th hadeeth of al-Hafidh an-Nawawee's famous 40 Hadeeth compilation, along with the final part of its explanation by Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan (hafidhahullah Ta'ala). In this 7th sitting on the same hadeeth, the part that has been extracted is the very last part, in which the rights of a guest are mentioned.  It is studied in detail.

An amazing passage from Soorah ath-Thaariyaat helps clarify the meaning of honouring a guest.

This class was recorded at al-Masjid al-Awwal in the city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (USA) on the 26th of Shawaal 1437.

It has been through the digital editing process in order to improve its overall quality, walhamdulillah.
Abu Hurairah (radiAllahu anhu) narrated that The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]

The Trials & Tribulations Encountered by Imam al-Bukhari - Abul-'Abbaas Moosaa Richardson

In this audio Abul-'Abbaas Moosaa Richardson (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) gives real examples of some of the trials & tribulations that Imam al-Bukhari faced during his life for his pursuit of knowledge.

When we are tested by the people or Allah chooses us to stand up against falsehood, people often give up the fight even before it takes place.

Just as the liars start lying, the fabricators start fabricating, the keyboard warriors (who have nothing better to occupy their time with) start tapping like immature, overly excited children, in their well established, vindictive manner. Knowing full-well, that the majority of people will not be able to reach them or even differentiate between the haqq that is out there and the falsehood that these people are propagating,  They will actively defend the falsehood that many of their favourite personalities propagate due to the fact that they have an attachment and are unable to let go and accept that fact that these individuals have in fact deviated from the haqq.

So, be firm and patient, whilst seeking the aid of Allah. For, defending the haqq will lead to you having to face many challenges, so be prepared for advice and stand firm.

Listen to how Imam al-Bukhari (rahimahullah Ta'ala) stood firm through one of the many tests & trials that he faced, for the path to Jannah is full of thorns.

I found this audio on YouTube but have actually been unable to find it on any website.

I would recommend that we all take some time to listen to the complete khutbah, barak Allahu feekum.
