Hadeeth's that You Know, Narrated by Adiy ibn Haatim - Rasheed Barbee

Here is an extracted benefit from an audio posted a short while ago by Rasheed Barbee (hafidhahullah Ta'ala), titled: Adiy ibn Haatim at-Ta’iy.(radiAllahu anhu). A Sahabee, whose name you may not know, but if you have been a Muslim for at least a year, his narrations you will have heard.

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]

Adiy ibn Haatim at-Ta’iy - Rasheed Barbee

How many of the Sahabah (Companions of the Prophet (sallallaahu alahi wa sallam) do you know?  Of the ones that you actually know the names of, how much do you know about their lives?

A few years ago a seminar to place at  MTWSNC with the main guest speaker being Abu Muhammad al-Maghribee (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).  

The title of the seminar was: The Noble Men who Met the Messenger, based on a newly published book by Authentic Statements of the same name, translated by Rasheed Barbee (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).

Here is an unplanned lecture that took place at that seminar.  In it, some aspects of the biography of Sahabee, Adiy ibn Haatim at-Ta’iy (radiAllahu anhu) are narrated. It is found in the book on page 505.

Advice to our Teenage Girls - Abu Muhammad al-Maghribee

This is a lecture that was delivered on 25th December 2013 and was taken from the website of Abu Muhammad al-Maghribee (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) the link to the source is here.

What I have done is clean up the original recording, removing as much of the background noise as Allah has enabled me to do.
