A gathering takes place and about 50 to 100 people attend in person. It is a blessing for those that attended to be in such a gathering which the Angels attend, spreading the wings.
There is a recording available, but the quality is extremely poor (for some strange reason, people don't seem to give importance to this issue) so poor, that it puts people off from listening to it.
Take note of the following: The potential of this recording, if preserved and distributed correctly, by the permission of Allah, can reach hundreds if not thousands of people.
We talk about leaving behind beneficial knowledge but if it doesn't reach the people and they can't benefit from it, then how beneficial is it, to you and your affairs of the Aakhirah?
As is often the case, recordings are initially of a very poor standard in such gatherings, as they are not planned and the correct equipment is not used or the individual tasked with making the recording has little or no knowledge of the correct procedure to achieve a high standard recording.
A lecture is delivered and a handful of individuals attend. We think it was a success due to the 50 or 100 people who may have attended it. Yes, this is the best option, that we attend the classes of knowledge in person and be a part of that blessed gathering but the reality is that people locally may not be able to attend for varying reasons and those that live outside the city or country can often be counted out of the equation.
This is one of those recordings that was passed around various groups and then disappeared into oblivion.
I was having a clear-out of one of my hard drives and I came across it once more. All I have is the date it was recorded and that is it. I don't think it ever made it to a website (Allah knows best)!
