What's Wrong with Being a Sufi? - Abu Suhailah 'Umar Quinn

Ahmad (rahimahullah) reported with a good chain of narration from Ibn Mas‛ood (radiyallahu ‘anhumā) which is elevated as a saying of the Prophet (salallāhu ‘alaihi wasallam): “Indeed the most evil of people will be those who are alive when the Final Hour reaches them, and those who take the graves as places of worship.” Reported by Abu Hātim in his Saheeh. [Ahmad 1/405 (38844), Al-Albānee in Tahdheer as-Sājid, p. 23 (saheeh)] [Source]

Some may ask the question: What's wrong with being a sufi?  This is the exact question that is answered in the lecture by Abu Suhailah 'Umar Quinn (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).

It has been digitally edited before being posted below, walhamdulillah.

Rights in the Marriage Contract - Hamzah Abdur-Razzaq

One thing that is very important, before getting into a marriage, is to know your rights.  How many people get married and have no understanding of the rights that they or the one that they are marrying have.

How many, unfortunately, know the rights of a potential spouse and deny those rights even before the marriage takes place and then suppress those rights even more upon the marriage contract being completed.

That is why both parties need to know their rights, before, during and after the marriage, should that situation ever arise.

Here is a lecture by Hamzah Abdur-Razzaq (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) from a series of sisters classes where he taught various chapters from Bulugh-ul-Maram to the sister, while at Masjid Ahlul Quran Wal Hadeeth.

An excellent lecture that has been digitally edited before being posted below, walhamdullah.

Importance of Showing Gratitude to Allah - Mustafa George

On the 2nd of January 2024 the khutbah was delivered at Masjid Rahmah, Newark, NJ, by Mustafa George (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).

ir should be noted that the title has been given by me, as the original post doesn't have one.

I have given it the above title as there was not title given to it on their official Spreaker account.

A timely reminder for the believers about showing gratitude to Allah for all of the bounties He has blessed them with.

It should be noted that the title given to this khutbah is mine, as the original posted without a title.

May Allah give us the ability to thank Him for the blessings He has given to us, as Sulaymān (Alayhis Salam) supplicated, Aameen.
