Racism & Nationalism are not from the Ways of Islam - Abul-Hasan Malik

There is no room in Islam for racism or nationalism.  The first to practice this was Iblees (may Allah's curse be upon him) as is explained in this clip from Abul-Hasan Malik (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) which can be found in the lessons of Talbis Iblis.

We have all heard the story of the man from Bani Isra'eel who killed 100 men, repented and was entered in to Jannah, through the mercy of Allah.

Here is an extracted benefit from a lecture delivered at Masjid Rahmah on Saturday, 18 of March, 2023 by Mustafa George (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) titled: How to Benefit Most from Ramadan

What if he had procrastinated?  Would his story have been different?  Now, how about you, delaying your repentance from sins?

Don't procrastinate, barak Allahu feekum, before death comes to you.

This benefit has been digitally edited before being posted below, barak Allahu feekum.

Muslims Need to Return Back to Leading the World in Science - Abu Iyaad Amjad Rafiq

On the 23rd of September 2022, whilst visiting Imam Darimi, Islamabad, Pakistan, a lecture titled: Atheism & Science was delivered by Abu Iyaad Amjad Rafiq (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) at the end of this lecture, he (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) to numerous questions.

The following is one of those questions that was addressed during that lecture.

There are people who proudly claim, that in history Muslims used to have many scientists and invented things like, Ibn Sina, al-Biruni, and the Ummah must return to their knowledge to lead the world.

He (hafidhahallah Ta'ala) gave the following answer.
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]

The Rites of Umrah - Mustafa George

There are many books and audios on how to perform Umrah, from the legislation of Islam, some of which go into a vast amount of detail. Here is a lecture that Mustafa George (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) delivered to the 1446 Umrah Trip from Masjid Rahmah, Newark, NJ.

I would call this audio "Umrah Guide 101".  A simple, yet practical guide on how to perform Umrah. He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) covered many of the modern day issues that may arise and their solutions.

I highly recommend that everyone take some time out to listen to it.

It has been digitally edited before being posted below, walhamdulillah.

Eating in Restaurants which Serve Alcohol - Shaykh 'Ubayd al-Jaabiree

This recording has been taken from the Miraath Publications website & has been digitally remastered (a little) to remove a little echo & background noise, walhamdulilah.

Shaykh 'Ubayd Al-Jaabiree (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) was asked the following question:

Is it permissible to eat in a restaurant where they serve alcohol?

He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) gave the following answer which was translated by Abdulilah Lahmami (hafidhahullah Ta'ala):
Transcription of the answer:

It is apparent that the owner of this restaurant must be a disbeliever and if he happens to be a Muslim, then he is of the sinners. This is because if one fears Allaah he wouldn’t sell alcohol in a restaurant or anywhere else. The Prophet (ﷺ) has cursed ten people regarding alcohol and from them is the one who buys it, the one who carries it, the one who sells it, and other than them. So, it is clear that it is not allowed to sit in places where alcohol is being drunk. However, if those who enter a restaurant which sells alcohol are not able to go anywhere else because they are Musaafirun (travelers) and there are no other local restaurants which do not sell alcohol, then I see that it is not a problem eating there; however, if there are other restaurants there which do not sell alcohol then it is upon them that they should only eat in the restaurants which do not serve alcohol.

The Correct Manner of Performing Tawaf - Abu Ishaaq Nadeem Ahsan-Shah

This is a beneficial question that has been extracted from a reminder that Abu Ishaaq Nadeem Ahsan-Shah delivered to an 'Umrah group that had come to Makkah almost 10 years ago.

The reminder was titled: A Talk to the Visitors on 'Umrah.

At the end of the reminder, I asked him (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) about correctly performing the tawaf.  He (hafidhahullahTa'ala) gave the following answer:
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]
