It is an explanation of the conditions of La ilaha illa Allaah by Muhammad ibn Abdul-Wahaab (rahimahullah Ta'ala), with the explanation of Shaykh al-Fawzaan (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).

When I downloaded this khutbah from the above-referenced link, it had not been given a title.  After reaching out to Abu Hafsah (hafidhahullah (Ta'ala) he suggested that I listen to it and suggest an appropriate title for it.

I suggested: Rectifying between the People, and he (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) agreed.
