The Responsibility Upon Ahl-us-Sunnah in These Times - Hasan as-Somali

Here is a beautiful lecture delivered by Hasan as-Somali (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) delivered at Germantown Masjid and posted on their SoundCloud account. Highlighting the responsibilities of Ahl-us-Sunnah, specifically in these testing times, with regards to their roles and responsibilities within their communities and around the world.

A wake-up call for many of us, with regards to the importance of this affair.

The recording has been digitally edited to improve its overall quality.

Leave it in the Past! - Abu Uwais Abdullah Ali

The problem is that many of us are raised in a society where it is easy to walk over people.  That manly attitude is to put people back in their place, trampling over them because we are able to do so.  It is far more difficult to be gentle in our affairs, being both patient and merciful.

Listen to how the Prophet (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) dealt with the Jew who cursed him.  Do things that will bring the hearts closer together snd not divide the Muslims, many of you live in lands that are not the lands of Muslims, where they advocate the policy of divide and concur.  Split the Muslims as much as possible so that they are never able to strengthen their rank.

Stick to the Ulema of Sunnah and seek their guidance on how to deal with our differences and to unify the hearts (upon the truth).

Now, listen to this beautiful reminder by Abu Awais Abdullah Ali (rahimahullah Ta'ala) that was extracted from the lecture titled: Let it Go!
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]

Three Points of Minhaj - Hamzah Abdur-Razzaq

One of the things you may have noticed in our unique approach to posting audios is that we often try to post the principles of Islam and Salafiyyah, so as to enable you to build your implementation your religion around them.

In it he brings 3 extremely important points of Minhaj that we all need to understand in order to, in shaa Allah, avoid falling into trails and tests. Due to a lack of both understanding a correct implementation of them, many people become extremely confused in their affairs.

Here is an excellent khutbah that was delivered on the 6th of March 2015 by Hamzah Abdur-Razzaq (hafidhahullah Ta'alla) at Masjid Ahlul Quran wal Hadeeth.

Posted below, you will find not only the entire khutbah that has been digitally edited but also a breakdown of its 3 individual components, batak Allahu feekum.

May Allah give us the ability to understand and implement fully that which we hear, Aameen.

Now, go listen to the rest of them, barak Allahu feek.

Removing the Fitnah from the Ummah - Abu Uwais Abdullah Ali

We as Muslims are going through many trials and tribulations. Just look around you and you will see. Be it, in our daily lives or across the globe. Weak, downtrodden and humiliated, all over the world.

We look for excuses and constantly blame others for the fate that we have to face. Now, with the current onslaught taking place in the Middle East, once more we see the reality of the situation that the Muslim ummah is facing as a whole.

What is the solution to our problems? Where are the answers to the questions that are being asked? What is the solution to this humiliation? Are we looking for our answers in the wrong places? Are the solutions not there in plain sight? Maybe, we are looking for and choosing the wrong answers that we need to implement. It may be that the solution is in plain sight, yet due to us being blinded by rage and bigotry, we are unable to rationalise it.

Listen to this khutbah, which is at least about 15 years old, by Abu Uwais Abdullah Ali (rahimahullah Ta'ala) and you may begin to understand some of the truths that we need to address concerning the practice and implementation of our religion to regain our former glory.

We ask Allah to aid the oppressed Muslims. We are Him to aid us in understanding and implementing our religion in a manner that is pleasing to Him and Him alone. True implementation will ultimately lead to His pleasure, and our success.  In this world and the hereafter, Aameen.
Here is a breakdown of the khutbah:

1 - You Reap What You Sow
2 - We Have Become Distant from al-Islam
3 - Want the Aid of Allah, Implement His Deen
4 - Muslims Distance Themselves from the Reality
5 - Having Patience & Fearing Allah Brings Success 6 - Is this Your Reality!
