Warning Against those who Belittle Elder Students of Knowledge who are not Graduates - Abu Idrees Muhammad

In this benefit, Abu Idrees Muhammad (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) a graduate of the Islamic University of Madinah, delivers a strong knowledge-based response to those who have begun to belittle and warn against our elder students of knowledge who have sat with the scholars for many years and have taught and remained firm for decades. They seek to divide the students of knowledge between graduates and "non-graduates".

He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) highlights the fallacy of these arguments and brings statements from the scholars, that refute this foolishness.

It has been extracted from the "Advice to Ahlus-Sunnah" conference at the Salafi Centre of Manchester.

Discovering Inner Strength & Beauty Through the Correct Creed - Hamzah Abdur-Razzaq

I often take audios that have previously been released, that are excellent content but that may be of slightly poor quality.  Then put them through the remastering process.  Often being able to improve its overall quality before re-releasing it on this website.

As much as possible, I try to link back to where the lecture can originally be found.  For two reasons.  Firstly, in order to reference the exact place where the original audio file can be found.  Secondly, you can go back to that audio file and compare it with the one that is being posted here.  Has it really been improved, this you can then judge for yourself.

Compare the original audio file quality with that which I am posting below and you can be the judge of whether it is an improvement on the original audio file.

This is a lecture that was delivered at Masjid Ibn Baaz, Philly, and posted on the South Philly Dawah Center SoundCloud account.  more than 2 years ago, delivered by Hamzah Abdur-Razzaq (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).

He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) often delivers lectures that deal with real-life issues. His approach reminds me of a style similar to Abu Uwais Abdullah Ali (rahimahullah Ta'ala), here is another one of those lectures.

May Allah enable us to fully benefit from that which we hear, Aameen.

Knowledge Should be Humbling! - Hasan as-Somali

Here is a benefit that we all need to take note of.  Knowledge is not sought to become famous or to compete with scholars or the common people. It (knowledge) is sought first and foremost to remove ignorance from oneself.  Why?  To worship Allah and give Him the rights that He should be given.

To do this correctly, you have to know Him and understand what those rights are.  If he blesses you with that knowledge and understanding, then you need to realise that this understanding was due to the fact that He chose to bless you with it.

In return you humble yourself before Him, acknowledging this fact by showing him your gratitude by worshipping Him how He should be worshipped.

Here is a beautiful benefit extracted from the lecture titled: The Boy, The King and The Sorcerer by Hasan as-Somali (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).

Here is that benefit, which has been digitally edited before being posted below, walhamdulillah.

Jordan Peterson, the Reality! - Abu Iyaad Amjad Rafiq

We see a new wave of "thinkers" coming through.  Like those who came before them, they talk on "hot topics" such as feminism, women's rights, and transgender issues.  Due to the fact that he is outspoken regarding these affairs and other than them.  People have begun to lend him an ear and are being pulled into his "da'wah".

What should a Muslim position be, with regard to this kind of people?

Abu Iyaad Amjad Rafiq (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) clarifies this issue in a series titled: A Selection of Lessons - Shaykh Ubayd Al Jaabiri. specifically with regards to a philosopher known as Jordan Peterson, for all those people who give his word time and he (Abu Iyaad) directs the people back to that which should be their priority.
