We Earn From That Which We Send Forth - Fareed Abdullah

Often, I find an audio on a random YouTube page or a random SoundCloud account with an audio such as this one.  Not knowing any thing about the page owner and maybe finding other audio on the not from those salafee du'at or Mashaykh that are not known to me, I do not reference that particular source page.

This a a khutbah that was labelled as being one the Fareed Abdullah (rahimullah Ta'ala) delivered at Masjid al-Khair in 2013.  it sounds like it was record on the sound system of the Masjid but was not posted with any particular title.

The title that has been given to it, is mine.

Marry the One who Gets up, Earns a Living & is Trustworthy - Abdulilah Lahmami

The following is a benefit that was extracted from a series of lectures delivered by Abdulilah Lahmami (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) at Markaz Muaadh Ibn Jabal titled: Rights of the Children Upon the Parents from the works of Shaykh Abdullah al-Bukhari (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).  Apart from the numerous other benefits contained in this 2 part reading.  

Being the man of the house doesn't just entitle you to sit at home "studying" and not provide for the needs of your wife & children.  

The reward for his status of being a man is that he spends from that which he earns to feed & clothe his family, the result of which is that he will be rewarded by Allah for this reason.  So, how about the one who just studies & and doesn't take care of the needs of his family, using the excuse that he is studying the deen.

You Aren't a Traveller Until You have Left Your Town - Abu Khadeejah Abdul-Waahid

If She is Divorced in a Non-Islamic Court, it is Valid! - Abdulilah Lahmami

The following benefit was extracted from the series titled: Biography of Prophet Muhammad recorded by Abdulilah Lahmami (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) at Markaz Muadh ibn Jabal in Slough. 

How many times have we heard that a brother has divorced his first wife in a non-Muslim courtroom so that he can marry above sister from outside the country & bring her in?  All this takes place whilst still continuing to live with her in the (ex) marital home.

How many times have we heard that in his efforts to take her back he has convinced her into believing that the divorce he gave her in a civil courtroom was never valid?  Then continues living with her as if they never got divorced at all in the first place.
