At the end of a lecture titled: How To Live A Happy Life delivered at the one-day conference that took place at Markaz Us-Sunnah, LondonAbu Khadeejah Abdul-Waahid (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) answered a series of 9 questions

I previously posted those questions here.

In one of them, he (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) was asked: Can I pray ‘Ishā from 12 midnight to Fajr, and is there a time when ‘Ishā ends?

He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) gave the following answer:
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]

6 Important Outlooks During Any Affliction - Abu Suhailah 'Umar Quinn

In his book al-Fawā’id, Ibn al-Qayyim provides some useful outlooks directly related to sound belief in Allah’s Perfect Attributes that comfort people during hardships.  He say:

Whenever something predestined happens to a person that he dislikes, then there are six outlooks for him pertaining it:
  • The First is the perspective of al-Tawhīd (Allah’s Oneness): that it was Allah that predestined, preordained, and created it, whatever Allah wills happens and whatever Allah does not will does not happen.
  • The Second the perspective of ‘Adl (Justice): Allah’s judgement regarding Him has been executed and His ordainment is fair.
  • The Third is the perspective of al-Rahmah (Mercy): That Allah’s Mercy is more abundant than His Anger and Retribution, and His Mercy surrounds Him.
  • The Fourth is the perspective of al-Hikmah (Wisdom): That His Wisdom necessitated that; He did not predestine it without purpose, nor did He preordain it in jest.
  • The Fifth is the perspective of al-Hamd (Praiseworthiness): That Allah deserves praise for that in every way.
  • The Sixth is the perspective of al-‘Ubūdiyyah (Servitude): That one is nothing more than a servant in every way.  The laws and ordainments of his Master apply to him by merit of his being His property and servant.  He manages him under His judgements of predestiny just as He manages him under His religious laws.  He is the recipient of these laws which are applicable to him.
[Taken from the book: Islamophobia and the Ideological Assault From the Past to the Present Volume 1: How Foreign Beliefs Caused the Decline of Muslim Civilization]

Now listen to Abu Suhailah 'Umar Quinn (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) as he breaks these points down;
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim

Permissibility of Reciting Qur’an in Prostration - Shaykh 'Ubayd al-Jaabiree

Many years ago. Miraath would have Q&A sessions with Shaykh 'Ubayd al-Jaabiree (rahimahullah Ta'ala) in them he would address the needs of many people.  The were then posted on their English website, which is no longer online.

Here is one of those questions, paraphrased:

The question is from Morocco and  it mentioned  it is permissible for me to say in my prayer, allowed, in my sujood, in the prostration, to say, "O Allah, do not leave me because you are the best of those who look after."?
He (rahimahullah Ta'ala) gave the following answer, it is translated by Abbas Abu Yahya (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).

It has been edited to remove a lot of the echo sound it contained, walhamdulillah.

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]

The Awrah of a Woman in Front of a Woman - Abu Khadeejah ‘Abdul-Waahid

The following question is one of many that have been extracted from a lecture that I found on the YouTube channel of Umm Uthmaan al-Majariyyah (may Allah have mercy upon her).

In this particular piece of audio in which Abu Khadeejah 'Abdul-Waahid (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) was asked the following:

"What is the awrah of a woman in front of another woman? Is it permissible for a woman to wear tight clothes? For example, tight jeans and tight tops (a word not clear) western dress code. Which have become normal in front of other sisters, and likewise in front of fathers and brothers. Is it allowed and what is the evidence for it?"

Here is his (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) response:

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]

A Reminder to the Heedless About the Day of Reckoning - Mustafa George

On the 29th of December 2023 the khutbah was delivered at Masjid Rahmah, Newark, NJ, by Mustafa George (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).

I have given it the above title as there was not title given to it on their official Spreaker account.

A wake-up call for us about not being heedless about the signs of Allah warning us about the fact that the Day of Reckoning is near.  Many of its major signs have already appeared with few remaining and we will have no excuse in front of our creator.

As usual, it has been digitally edited before being posted below, walhamdulillah.
