This is the audio from a seminar that took place at Germantown Masjid from the 2nd - 4th July 2021.

The audio was posted on their official SoundCloud account and has been digitally edited to clean up the audio by removing excessive background noise and is now being posted here, walhamdulillah.

He mentions about imitating the disbelievers in their dress and honouring their names on the clothing that we wear.  He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) mentions about honouring the likes of Michael Jordan, who was a well-known gambler and the fact that we honour him in our choice of clothing.

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]

Here is a very short benefit take from the lecture in a recent series delivered at al-Athariyyah | Masjid Bin Baz by Abu Abdur-Rahman Uways at-Taweel (hafidhahullah Ta'ala), titled: The Correct Methodology A Poem about Aqeedah and Akhlaaq.

This was a lecture delivered by  Abu Uwais Abdullah Ali (rahimahullah Ta'ala) in October of 2004, the month before he passed away (rahimahullah Ta'ala).  

What happened was that a speaker was scheduled to deliver a lecture during his slot, unfortunately he was not able to attend.

While he (rahimahullah Ta'ala) and the brothers discussed the issue, they all looked at him (rahimahullah Ta'ala) and he (rahimullah Ta'ala) got the message and delivered that beautiful reminder that is now from his (rahimahullah Ta'ala) most famous audios.

This audio was his scheduled lecture during that conference.  The one he had thoroughly prepared for.
