In the times that we live in, one of biggest disease affecting the people and especially our youth is the music industry.  One of their major objectives is to prey on the youth and misguide them from their religion (al-Islam).

Here is a beautiful reminder delivered as a khutbah by Abu Suhailah 'Umar Quinn (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) in which he delivers a beautiful reminder for us all about apparent and real danger of these multi-billion dollar organisation that only seek to oppress and keep down the people and to keep the supply of prisoners to the prison system with cheap labour, them cents in the dollar for every hour that they may work.  Keeping their well oiled business machine supplied with workers.  They make billion while your life is wasted in a jail cell.

At the beginning of class 13 from the series titled: Forty Hadith of Imam al-Nawawi, a question is answered by Abu Suhailah 'Umar Quinn (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).  It is as follows:

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]

When he is advised to stop committing a sin or encouraged to rectify their affairs, in a dismissive manner he responds with: "Allah knows what is in my heart!"  Implying what is in his heart is correct even if his appearance or actions don't reflect his statements.

Here is a benefit which I believe many may not have realised.  It was mentioned during a khutbah delivered on the 27th of May 2023 by Abu Isma'eel Mustafa George (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) at Masjid Rahmah.

A less than two minute reminder that assists us to focus our mind upon the importance of an act of worship we are about to undertake.
