Here is an answer to a question (no. 131) that was recently posted on the official Telegram channel of Hasan as- Somali (hafidhahullah Ta'ala)

The question asked was: I have a job and they demand that I wear a tie? Is this allowed?

He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) gave the following answer:

On the 27th of Sha'baan 1445 (corresponding with 8th of March 2024) a khutbah was delivered at Masjid Rahmah by Mustafa George (hafidhahullah Ta'ala). 

I titled it with the following name: Make Ramadan Great!

The following is one of the benefits that was extracted.

This was a lecture titled: Guidance for the Mother in Cultivating Her Children delivered as Masjid as-Salafi by Abu Khadeejah Abdul-Waahid (hafidhahullah Ta'ala on the 21st November 2021.  

Some of the points covered included the following:

• The responsibility of the mother regarding the cultivation and guidance of her children.
• The meaning of commanding our children to pray at seven and what it entails.
• Teaching our children to be mindful of Allāh at a young age.
• The importance of instilling discipline into our children.
• The outcome of bad cultivation and not putting in the effort

The original title of this lecture by Shaykh 'Umar Muhammad al-Fallatah (rahimahullah Ta'ala) is فضائل إبراهيم الخليل عليه السلام, translated as The Virtues of Ibraheem, the Khaleel (peace be upon him).  

Some of you may never have even heard of the noble Shaykh.  

Open up the Noble Qur'an and have a look at the pages at the beginning of the translation and you will find his name in there. 

Suffice us to know for now, that the Muhaddith, Shaykh Abdul-Muhsin al-Abbaad al-Badr (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) has delivered an entire lecture on the biography of Shaykh 'Umar.

Once a month of a Friday, we (the people of Jeddah) are blessed to have Shaykh Abdullah al-Bukhari (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) as our guest.

He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) delivers his first lecture after Salatul-Maghrib and a second lecture after Salatul-Isha, returning back to Madinah the following morning.

On the 19th of January 2024, he (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) delivered his regular monthly classes and was then scheduled to deliver another lecture the following day (20th of February 2024), in 2-parts.  The first after Salatul-Maghrib and the second after Salatul-Isha.  

The translation of that lecture title is: Rules & Principles in Seeking Knowledge.
