Knowing how to Worship Allah - Abdulilah Lahmami

A very brief reminder from Abdulilah Lahmami (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) about a very important point regarding matters related to the affairs of worship, a principle that needs to be noted down by one-and-all.

It has been extracted from a lecture titled: You Will Be Uppermost If You Are (truly) Believers (Qur'an 3:139) delivered at Markaz Mu'aadh in Slough, UK.

It has been digitally edited before being posted below, walhamdulillah.
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]

Lines of Poetry Mentioned when the Prophet Entered Madinah? - Abu Suhailah ‘Umar Quinn

I recently shared an audio that was titled: Advice to the Youth by Abu Suhailah 'Umar Quinn (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).  From this audio, I managed to extract 20 questions, walhamdulillah.

This audio was found on the YouTube Channel of Umm Uthmaan al-Majariyyah (may Allah have mercy upon her).

In this benefit he (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) mentions a point of benefit about the is commonly narrated about some poetry that claimed to have been recited at the time of the Prophet Muhammad (sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam) entering Madinah.

He ((hafidhahullah Ta'ala) said the following:
Benefit:

Here is an audio (Arabic) of what by Shaykh al-Fawzaan (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) said about this poem known as Tal'al-badru 'alaynaa'
The translation is as follows;

Question: O Noble Shaykh, may Allah assist you: Is it true that the people of Madeenah greeted the Messenger of Allah, may the praise of Allah and peace be upon him, with the nasheed 'Tal'al-badru 'alayna...., because there are some who regard nasheeds to be permitted based on this story?

Shaykh Saalih Al-Fawzaan This story is not authentic and within it is an indication that it has no basis. It states: The full moon has come out upon us From Thaniyyaatil-wadaa. 'Thaniyyaatil-wadaa' is not from the direction of Makkah. The Messenger of Allah, may the praise of Allah and peace be upon him, came to Madeenah from the south. He did not come from the north such that he would have passed by Thaniyyaatil-wadaa'.

Thaniyyaatil-wadaa' is north of Madeenah. So, this is inconsistent.[End]

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]

Abu Khadeejah Abdul-Waahid (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) in lesson 84 of the ongoing series titled: Explanation Kitaab As-Sunnah Ibn Majah mentions exactly who these individuals are.

When hadeeths are narrated we often hear about the  4 (famous) Abdullahs (plural. Abadillah).  They are the most prolific narrators of hadeeth with the first name of Abdullah. Who lived at the same time as the Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam).  Do you know who they are?  You might know them all, you might know a few of them.
