Here is a lecture that was delivered by Ustadh Abu Muadh Taqweem Aslam (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) as a Post-Ramadaan Encouragement, on the 30th of June 2017.

I have taken this audio, cleaned it up a little & now present it here as a very powerful reminder for us all.

This is a benefit that has been extracted from a lecture titled: The Advice of the Prophet SalAllaahu’alayhi waSalam to Jaabir Ibn Sulaym by Abu Hakeem Bilal Davis (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).

In it a clarification with regards to this issue & a refutation of the excuse of the people in which they often say: "I don't wear their garment below their ankles out of pride!"

In this series, he (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) imparts a valuable twelve-step method of educating, cultivating and teaching good manners to our offspring. Great advice on parenting and encouragement to spend time with our children: country walks, studying, travelling and ‘Umrah. 

He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) also discusses the importance of good role-models, good companionship, learning by example, family ties, sex-education, how to live in a non-Muslim society in peace whilst maintaining one’s faith & more. Well worth a listen.

At the end of this series, he (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) held an open session on the issue of families & children in which the floor was opened up to over a thousand people to have a discussion and have their questions answered in accordance with the rulings of the major scholars of our times. Definitely geared towards a Western audience who seeks to cultivate their children upon the Qur’an, Sunnah & good morals. 

The audio contained a nice discussion on the issue of Hijrah.

The following lectures were taken from a section found in the Mukhtasar Seeratun-Nabi from Imam Abdul-Ghani al-Maqdisi al-Hanbali (rahimahullah Ta'ala) who died in 600 H, the author of Umdahtul-Ahkaam.  His cousin was Imam Muwaffaq-ud-Deen Ibn Qudamah al-Maqdisi (rahimahullah Ta'ala) the author of classic treatise Lum’at-ul-‘Itiqaad (Sufficiency in Creed).  

The lectures were delivered by Ustadh Abdulilah Lahmami & were delivered at Markaz Muaadh Ibn Jabal on their SoundCloud account. The section that was utilised was related to the affair of akhlaaq (manners).

"A picture says a thousand words."  Some of us chose that life that leads us to such an outcome.  Often due to rebelling against the orders of Allah. How often the result of this rebelling see's the rebellious individual or people being trialed and tested by Allah.
