This is a  benefit that has been extracted from a lecture delivered  by Hasan as-Somali (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) that was posted on the YouTube account of DUS Dawah.

He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) said: The brother said that, I’m going to summarize it right, if I summarize it correctly, if not correct it. Basically, when people start to practice upon the sunnah of the Prophet (ﷺ) upon the way of the Salafiyyah, sometimes a person may be a bit harsh when dealing with their loved ones, their parents, their relatives, or their siblings. What is some advice with regards to people in that situation?

What I will tell you is that I have taken it, cleaned it up, and present it here to you.  

I personally, have listened to it 5 times over the last two weeks and reflected over what I have heard within it.  I advise every one of you to do the same.  Even those people who have acquired the Arabic language yet may not listen to English lectures in general, take some time out, listen to it but more importantly contemplate over the message that one of the pioneers of Salafi Dawah in the West in the late 80's, early 90's, Abu Uwais Abdullah Ali (rahimahullah Ta'ala) intended to convey.  

Once you have done this, put into action the things you need to do in order to implement those changes.

Often we meet people, we speak to them and what we see from them is Salafiyyah.  We see them implementing the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger.  Then we may see something strange from him.  An opinion he follows or an individual he defends.  It makes us reassess our initial opinion about him.  We don't excuse him from the Manhaj but something doesn't make sense.  Why is this person 

defending such-and-such? Why is he making excuses for people like Yusuf al-Qardawi and Sayyid Qutb?  As there are no real excuses that can be made for such an individual.    

The more you think about things, the more you question similar situations that have taken place.

You realise that there are many things that you didn't realise.  Things seem to be becoming clearer.  You then decide you look into his companions. Upon further investigation, you realise that his companions are from the Ikhwanis and Qutubis.  After all, he can hide many things, but he can't hide his companions, right?

On the 26th of Shaʻban 1445 AH (corresponding with the 7th of March 2024) Shaykh Mustafa Mubram (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) delivered the explanation of the poem al-Ha'iyyah of Abu Bakr Abdullaah bin Sulaimaan bin al-Ash’ath as-Sijistaanee, well-known as Ibn Abee Dawood, the son of the Imaam and hadeeth Scholar, the compiler of the “Sunan”, Abu Dawood (rahimahullaah). 

The two-part sittings were translated by Abu Muadh Taqweem Aslam (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).
