Prior to beginning his final lecture, in a series titled: The Masjid and Its Regulation in IslaamAbu Mujaahid Fareed Abdullaah (rahimahullah Ta'ala) noticed people sitting separately in the masjid so he took the opportunity to briefly remind the attendees regarding this issue.

A reminder benefits the believers.  May we also benefit from this reminder, Aameen.

The Khawaarij are More Harmful to Islam than the Kuffar - Abu Suhailah 'Umar Quinn

Here is a benefit from Abu Suhailah 'Umar Quinn (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) that I found on YouTube.  There was no mention of where the benefit was extracted from.

If anyone can tell me which lecture this benefit was extracted from, please reach out to me, barak Allahu feekum!

The Imaam, al-Haafiz Ibn Katheer (died, 774AH, rahimahullaah) stated in “Al-Bidaayah wan-Nihaayah” (10/584-585) regarding what the Khawaarij would do to the Ummah if they ever attained strength:

“If they ever gained strength, they would surely corrupt the whole of the earth, Iraq and Syria (Shaam) – they would not leave a baby, male or female, neither a man or a woman, because as far as they are concerned the people have caused corruption, a corruption that cannot be rectified except by mass killing.

Abu Ghālib narrated from the Companion of the Prophet, Abu Umāmah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said:

“(The Khawarij) are the worst of killers who are slain under the sky, and the best of those killed are those who were killed by them. Those (Khawarij) are the dogs of Hell. They used to be Muslim people but they became disbelievers.”

Abu Ghālibasked: “O Abu Umamah, is that your opinion?” He said: “No! Rather I heard it from the Messenger of Allah.”

Ruling Regarding an Apostate Child and Protecting His Brothers - Shaykh 'Ubayd al-Jaabiree

Here is a question from amongst many that were asked to Shaykh 'Ubayd al-Jaabiree (rahimahullah Ta'ala) and translated and posted on the Miraath English website, many years ago.

The website has since been taken down.

The question asked has been summarised below;

A mother is saying she has 5 boys.  One of the boys is 15 and has apostated and left the religion, and she has 4 more children and one of the children is acting like a girl. The other children are inclined to recite the Qur'an and they love to listen to Islam, but they imitate this other child when he is with them.  So, what is your advice, O Shaykh, in this affair?

He (rahimahullah Ta'ala) gave the following advice which was translated by Abdulilah Lahmami (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).

The audio file has been edited to remove a considerable amount of echo it contained.

He (hafidhahulllah Ta'ala) gave the following answer:
