Reasons Why People Make Up False Narrations and Their Examples - Raha Batts

Here is a rather long but extremely beneficial benefit that has been extracted from the lecture by Raha Batts  (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) titled: Weak & Fabricated Ahadith Spread on Social Media.  In it he brings evidence to show how the heretics would fabricate narrations for the purpose of corrupting the religion of al-Islam.

Some amazing benefits explaining the motivation behind such evil actions along with clear example from the likes of the Shi'a and even the extreme supporters of the Hanafi madhab and others.
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]

The Islamic Belief Concerning 'Eesa ibnu Maryam [Jesus the Son of Mary] - Abu Uwais Abdullah Ali

This is the time of year unfortunately, when some Muslims also fall in to the fitnah of Christmas, in one way or another.  It could be sometime as simple as conveying the seasonal greeting. Which in itself is a statement of disbelief or going even further by buying a Christmas tree, gift for the family and having a turkey dinner on the 25th of December.

Here is a khutbah by Abu Uwais Abdullah Ali (rahimahullah Ta'ala), in his unique style, where he explains many of the issues related to this celebration and its evils.

It has been digitally edited before being posted below, walhamdulillah.

Permissible Differing & the Issue of Respect - Hasan as-Somali & Abdulilah Lahmami

Here is a beautiful benefit that has been extracted from a lecture delivered jointly on the 21st of June 2022  Abdulilah Lahmami & Hasan as-Somali (hafidhahumullah Ta'ala), titled: Loving the Deen & Making Tawbah at Markaz us-Sunnah, London.

The following question was asked:

Assalam o Alaykum, AhsanAllahu Alayk.  Lately, approximately a year, there has been a lot of differing amongst Salafi youth in London from east to west and from west to east.  Due to a lack of respect of matters of Ijtihad, independent scholarly reasoning. For example, photography, the issue of qaza (a particular (forbidden type) of haircut), and other than that.  So, this differing has lead to a lot of disputes and animosity.  How do we repel this fitnah (trial and tribulation) and what's your advice?

The following extremely beneficial answers were given by the speakers.
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]

How Will You be When Death Comes to You! - Hamzah Abdur-Razzaq

The is the khutbah that was delivered by Ustadh Hamzah Abdur-Razzaq (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) at Masjid Ibn Baaz, South Philadelphia on the 8th of January 2022 and posted on their official Spreaker account.

The title is mine!

It is a lecture that calls us to reflect on the reality that we will all have to face very soon (death) and our preparation for it.

The reality is when you die your day of resurrection has begun, as Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullah Ta'ala) said.

The angels will come to question you.  You will be in a state of terror when you realise that it is no longer a joking matter, no longer a khutbah, no longer mere classes but it has become a reality, what will your state be!

Listen to this detailed reminder about the inevitable journey we will all have to undertake very soon.

May Allah save us all from the torment of that time, Aameen!
Reminder after the Khutbah:
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]
