Here is an answer to a question (no. 201) that was recently posted on the official Telegram channel of Hasan as-Somali (hafidhahullah Ta'ala)

The question asked was: I am having trouble controlling my anger/emotions, especially with my coworkers. What are the legislated ways to help control this?

He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) gave the following answer:

Here is a benefit that has been extracted from a lecture delivered by Abu Iyaad Amjad Rafiq (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) titled: The Ruling on Killing Oneself.  This lecture is from a series titled: A Selection of Lessons - Shaykh Ubayd al-Jabiree.  

Whilst dealing the with ruling on killing oneself, Shaykh 'Ubayd al-Jabiree (rahimahullah Ta'ala) addresses the subject matter our actions being sealed by the last thing we do. A beautiful explanation of the important matter of dying upon righteousness and the fact that what we die upon seals our actions.

A lecture was delivered online by Abul-Hasan Malik (hafidhahullalh Ta'ala) regarding the authentic biography of the Prophet Muhammad (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) on Telegram.  In it he brings a ruling given by Shaykh Ibn Baaz, regarding those that celebrate the birthday of the Prophet (salllallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam.

On Wednesday. 13 of November 2024 an istiraha took place in Madeenah after Salatul-Isha with Shaykh Arafat ibn Hassan al-Muhammadi, Hasan as-Somali (hafidhahumullah Ta'ala) and other brothers who came with the group via the dawrah with Shaykh Khalid adh-Dhafiri (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) in Kuwait. 

This is the advice of Hasan as-Somali (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) that started prior to the arrival of Shaykh Arafat (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) and continued after the shaykh had finished.

This principle is refuted by our Shaykh (rahimahullah Ta'ala).

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]

On Thursday, 16th of January, 2025.  An online lecture was delivered by Abu AbdurRahman Hilal (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) from Markaz Anas bin Malik, Brisbane, Australia.

He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) stated: Recently, I was asked by a questioner about a driver who regularly takes passengers outside the city limits. Is this person considered a traveler, allowing them to shorten and combine their prayers, or are they considered a resident, requiring them to perform the four prayers at their designated times?

He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) decided to respond with the answer that was given to a similar question by Shaykh al-Albaanee (rahimahullah Ta'ala).
