Think Before You Speak! - Abu Hakeem Bilal Davis

How many people do this?  We don't think about what is coming out of our mouths.  Only after we have said what we wanted to say, we realise that we have said and the damage that we have caused.  If this is with regards to the matters in our worldly life, how about some of the statements that come out of our mouth with regards to the matters related to affairs of our religion.

Do not utter speech that you will have to make excuse for tomorrow. Do not be a motor-mouth.  Contemplate and examine what you are about to say just like to examine fruit before you purchase it.

Listen to Abu Hakeem Bilal Davis (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) as he gives us a beautiful reminder with regards to this matter.
Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]

The Islamic Ruling on Protesting - Shaykh Saalih al-Luhaydaan

The question was extracted from the lecture titled: كتاب التوحيد مترجم انجليزي- اللحيدان 27-04-1434هـ. This question was extracted from this audio by the YouTube Channel: Manhaj Al-Haqq (منهج الحق).

What I have done it to take that extracted benefit, clean up the noise levels and improve the sound quality.

May Allah reward and shower in HIs Mercy our Shaykh, Saalih ibn Muhammad al-Luhaydaan (rahimahullah Ta'ala) & Mustafa George (hafidhahumullah Ta'ala) for their noble efforts, Aameen.

Shaykh 'Ubayd says: "There are Four Positions in the Prayer, not Five" - Abdulilah Lahmami

When mentioning the advice of Shaykh Zayd al-Madkalee to his son Ali, Abdulilah Lahmami (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) mentions a point of benefit related to the positions in the salah as narrated by Shaykh 'Ubayd al-Jaabiree (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).

The Reasons for Our Humiliation - Shaykh Badee Uddin Shah

This a beautiful, timely reminder for us all, from Shaykh Badee Uddin Shah (rahimahullah Ta'ala) on a subject matter that we should fear falling away from and seek to gain an understanding of it to the point that we are able to save ourselves from falling into its opposite and thus falling out of favour with our creator.

You may be surprised by what the Shaykh (rahimahullah Ta'ala) highlights.

The Rites of Umrah - Mustafa George

There are many books and audios on how to perform Umrah, from the legislation of Islam, some of which go into a vast amount of detail. Here is a lecture that Mustafa George (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) delivered to the 1446 Umrah Trip from Masjid Rahmah, Newark, NJ.

I would call this audio "Umrah Guide 101".  A simple, yet practical guide on how to perform Umrah. He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) covered many of the modern day issues that may arise and their solutions.

I highly recommend that everyone take some time out to listen to it.

It has been digitally edited before being posted below, walhamdulillah.

The Life of Shaykh Muqbil bin Haadee al-Wadi'ee - Abu Isma'eel Mustafa George

Here is a beautiful biography of the Muhaddith of Yemen Abu AbdurRahman Muqbil ibn Haadee al-Wadi'ee (rahimahullah Ta'ala) that was narrated by Abu Isma'eel Mustafa George (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) & was found (I believe) on his website.

By Allah's permission, I met the Shaykh (rahimahullah Ta'ala) in his hotel room in Makkah at the end of August 2000 when I went with my mother to perform Umrah.  One of the most memorable meetings of my life.  That was the same time I met Shaykh Rabee' al-Madkhalee (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) for the first time.

I narrate this often to show people the love and trust between the ulema.  I asked Shaykh Muqbil (rahimahullah Ta'ala) if he could give me some advice for the brothers in the UK?  The Shaykh (rahimahullah Ta'ala) told me to go and ask Shaykh Rabee'(hafidhahullah Ta'ala)  to advise me or when he returned to Yemen I should call him and he would give me some advice over the phone.  From the qadr of Allah, only a few months later, he (rahimahullah Ta'ala) returned to his Creator.

The audio file has been digitally cleaned up a little and is now being presented here for people to benefit from.

Short Reminder to the Youth who came to Clean the Masjid - Mustafa George

Here is an audio that was sent to me by Mustafa George (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).  A brief reminder he gave to some youth who came to help clean one of the houses of Allah.

Greeting Them on Their Celebrations, is Haram - Ibn al-Qayyim - Abu Suhailah ‘Umar Quinn

Here is a statement of Ibn al-Qayyim (rahimahullah Ta'ala), which highlights the gravity of greeting the disbelievers on their celebrations.  It has been extracted from a khutbah titled: Valentine's Day - A Pagan Practice by Abu Suhailah 'Umar Quinn.

The khutbah was delivered on the 13th of February 2014.

No Participation in Any Way, Shape or Form - Ibn Taymiyyah - Abu Suhailah 'Umar Quinn

Here a few statements of Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullah Ta'ala), on the subject matter of participating (or not) in the celebrations of the disbelievers, that highlight the seriousness of the sin that a person incurs.  It has been extracted from a khutbah titled: Valentine's Day - A Pagan Practice by Abu Suhailah 'Umar Quinn.

Valentine's Day - A Pagan Practice - Abu Suhailah 'Umar Quinn

This is a lecture that was delivered by our brother & Abu Suhailah 'Umar Quinn (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) on the 13th of February 2014.

The original recording that I uploaded more than 5 years ago with the permission of our Ustadh (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) is being re-released after having been cleaned up for both quality and sound level.

He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) said (in this audio): "Arabs, they say: "The worst of afflictions are those that make you laugh."

It is a laughable calamity that you will find Muslims profiting on Valentine's Day, celebrating Valentine's Day and acknowledging Valentine's Day."

A timely reminder for us all about the origins of this practice that many ignorant Muslims knowingly or unknowingly participate in.
