Here is a benefit that has been extracted from a lecture delivered by Mustafa George (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) during the Germantown Masjid seminar titled: Summer Seminar 2023.  The lecture was titled: Reality of (the) Disease of the Heart.

Here is one of the shortest benefits I have ever posted from Hasan as-Somali (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) extracted from a lecture titled: Empowering the Youth with Beneficial Knowledge!

It is the simplest of questions:

Often we meet people, we speak to them and what we see from them is Salafiyyah.  We see them implementing the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger.  Then we may see something strange from him.  An opinion he follows or an individual he defends.  It makes us reassess our initial opinion about him.  We don't excuse him from the Manhaj but something doesn't make sense.  Why is this person defending such-and-such? Why is he making excuses for people like Yusuf al-Qardawi and Sayyid Qutb?  As there are no real excuses that can be made for such an individual.    

The more you think about things, the more you question similar situations that have taken place.

You realise that there are many things that you didn't realise.  Things seem to be becoming clearer.  You then decide you look into his companions. Upon further investigation, you realise that his companions are from the Ikhwanis and Qutubis.  After all, he can hide many things, but he can't hide his companions, right?

It is a reminder about the fact that time stops for no one.  Making real changes now, is what is required.  Before it is too late.
