Here is an excellent khutbah by Abu Suhailah 'Umar Quinn (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) that reminds us about the true meaning of the phrase: اتقوا الله meaning, fear Allah as He rightfully deserved to be feared, by doing that He has which He has ordered us with and staying away from all that which He has forbidden us from.

Taking a Sutrah - Some Principles - Fareed Abdullah

Here is an explanation of some of the principles related to taking a sutrah. A sutrah is an object used by a person performing salah as a barrier between himself and one passing in front of him. The person praying should be positioned at less than or equal to three forearms' length away from the Sutrah.

These Two Mashaykh, Read Their Books! - Abu Hafsah Kashiff Khan

Here is a benefit that has been taken from the first lesson in the series titled: Explanation of 'The Etiquettes of The Scholars', that took place at Masjid Bin BāzLondon.  In it, Abu Hafsah Kashiff Khan (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) mentions two scholars that he (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) recommends that we benefit from their books, Shaykh Badee Uddin Shah ar-Rashidi as-Sindhi & Shaykh Muqbil ibn Haadee al-Wadi'ee (rahimahumullah Ta'ala).

What do You Want from Us al-Albaanee? - Abu Hafsah Kashiff Khan

Here is a benefit that has been taken from the first lesson in the series titled: Explanation of 'The Etiquettes of The Scholars', that took place at Masjid Bin BāzLondon.  In it, Abu Hafsah Kashiff Khan (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) mentions that Shaykh al-Albaanee (rahimahullah Ta'ala) was famously asked:  

"What do you want from us, that all of us should be ulema? That's what you want? If you say follow the daleel (evidence) and don't be a muqalid (blind-follower).  What do you want from us al-Albaanee...?"
