Shaytaan, has many plots and one of them is that he makes an individual, who once sinned, that that no matter how much he repents from sins, he will never be able to get to a high level.

At the end of the final lecture in the series titled: Book of Fasting from Mulakhas al-Fiqh,delivered by Mustafa George (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) at Masjid Rahmah, Newark, NJ of which the breakdown of 21 benefits can be found here, can be found a concluding piece of advice with the arrival of the month of Ramadan.

I felt the need for it to be posted as an individual benefit.

This is the breakdown of the final lecture in the series titled: Book of Fasting from Mulakhas al-Fiqh, delivered by Mustafa George (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) at Masjid Rahmah, Newark, NJ.

Abu Khadeejah Abdul-Waahid (hafidhahullalh Ta'ala) narrated the following question that was asked to Shaykh Ibn al-'Uthaymeen (rahimahullah Ta'ala):

The Shaykh (rahimahullah Ta'ala) responded with the following answer:

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]

Here are some words for thought about the important matter of repentance and the amount a procrastination that people do.

What do you think might have happened, if the man who killed 99 people has procrastinated in his repentance.

How often do you hear this statement from people, when you present the evidences for a particular Islamic ruling with all of its evidences and they say: "There's a difference of opinion on the issue."

The dawrah was titled: Dawrah Imaam Muhammad ibn Ibraheem Aal Ash-Shaykh and took place in Jeddah at Masjid Ameerah al-Hissa in an area called Hayy al-Jami'ah. 

This particular lecture was delivered on the 6th of Jumada ath-Thani 1433 (27th of April 2012) by the noble Shaykh \Ubayd ibn al-Jaabiree (rahimahullah Ta'ala).

This was the first dawrah I ever attended after arriving in Saudi Arabia in March 2011.  This was also the first time I saw our noble Shaykh (rahimahulllah Ta'ala) in person.
