Is there a difference of opinion concerning women being in the masjid while on their menses? If so, please explain both opinions. 

He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) answered with the following`;

Abu Khadeejah Abdul-Waahid (hafidhahullalh Ta'ala) narrated the following question that was asked to Shaykh Ibn al-'Uthaymeen (rahimahullah Ta'ala):

What is your opinion regarding a person whose work is strenuous and it is hard for him to fast? So, he works and his work is strenuous and it is difficult for him to fast. Is it allowed for him to break his fast?

The Shaykh (rahimahullah Ta'ala) responded with the following answer:

The Virtues and Importance of Enjoining the Good and Forbidding the Evil - Shaykh 'Ubayd al-Jaabiree

The dawrah was titled: Dawrah Imaam Muhammad ibn Ibraheem Aal Ash-Shaykh and took place in Jeddah at Masjid Ameerah al-Hissa in an area called Hayy al-Jami'ah

This particular lecture was delivered on the 6th of Jumada ath-Thani 1433 (27th of April 2012) by the noble Shaykh \Ubayd ibn al-Jaabiree (rahimahullah Ta'ala).

This was the first dawrah I ever attended after arriving in Saudi Arabia in March 2011.  This was also the first time I saw our noble Shaykh (rahimahulllah Ta'ala) in person.  

This is my own personal recording that I am posting here for the first time.  It should be noted that the recording is in Arabic only.
