At the end of a lecture delivered at Markaz us-Sunnah, Alperton, titled: The Attributes of the Successful Caller by Shaykh Salih al-Fawzan some questions were answered by Abdulilah Lahmami (hafidhahullah Ta'ala).

He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) gave the following answer:

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]

This is where I have taken the audio file from. The lecture, I believe was delivered on 23rd October 2013 at a conference that took place at Masjid Ahlul Quran Wal Hadeeth..

He read from ash-Shari'ah of Imam Muhammad ibn Hussain al-Aajuree (d. 360H) (rahimahullah Ta'ala) in which he (al-Aajuree) clarified the 'Aqeedah & Manhaj of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jamaa'ah. 

Here is a benefit from a lecture delivered by Abdulilah Lahmami (hafidhahullah Ta'ala), titled: Act Upon Your Knowledge.

It clarifies the fact that the Sunnah is clear there is no need for any bid'ah (innovation) good or bad, in the religion of al-Islam even if the people see it as good, due to the fact that al-Islam is complete.
