Major Signs of the Hour - Shaykh Rabee' ibn Haadee al-Madkhalee

I found this lecture that was given by Shaykh Rabee' ibn Haadee al-Madkhalee (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) and translated by Abu Uwais Abdullah Alee (rahimahulllah Ta'ala).  It was found on a website that I will not reference as most of the other audios that were available there were by individuals who clearly oppose the Salafi Da'wah.

Due to the details contained within this lecture, the translator (rahimahulllah Ta'ala) himself admitted that he would not be able to justice to its translation.

I would a great service to the Ummah if one of the established Salafi du'at could make a more detailed translation of the audio.

For now, here is the digitally edited lecture along with its summarised translation.

Advice to the One Given a Leadership Role - Shaykh Abdul-Khaliq Madi

About 3 weeks ago I posted a series of 15 questions that were asked to Shaykh Abdul-Khaliq Madi (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) recently in a conference that took place as Markaz us-Sunnah, Alperton. Where.he (hafidhahullah Ta'la) taught:  The Beneficial Means to a Happy Life by Shaykh Abdur-Rahman al-Sa'di

Someone recently brought to my attention that the Shaykh (hafidhullah Ta'ala) had addressed several other questions during the series of lectures that he had delivered.

Here is the second of those questions:

I hope that this question meets you whilst being in the state of security and comfort and protection from Allah. Is there any advice that you'll give to an individual for example that from his work is that he has to take a lead at work to either lead a team or a particular division at work and does that enter into that which is blameworthy from seeking out leadership roles and wanting position?

He (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) gave the following answer which was translated by Abu Ukkashah Abdul-Hakeem (hafidhahullah Ta'ala) :
Note: The previous question is linked below:

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever invites to guidance will be rewarded like those who follow him in the guidance are rewarded, and that will not decrease the reward of those who have followed him." [Collected by Imām Muslim]
